BTS News_Paris Concert and New Album Release

While waiting for the metro last week, I saw a BTS Paris concert poster. That’s why I decided to post this article.

It’s surprising that it’s been only eight months since BTS performed their first concert <Love Yourself> here in Paris. Last October, they had their first concert for two days in Accor Hotel Arena; a venue capable of 20,300 people. It was a very successful event; all the tickets sold out quickly. They haven’t even released a new album to promote the concert (as I wrote this article, BTS officially announced that their new release is scheduled in April!), but the seven guys (V, Suga, Jungkook, RM, Jin, J-Hope, and Jimin) are coming back in the beginning of this summer to meet their fans in the world.

If last year’s was a warm-up, this year they are ready to spread their messages to the world. This is one of their world stadium tours to celebrate the end of the theme <Love Yourself- Speak yourself>. This year, the event will take place in Stade de France: the biggest stadium in France, with more than 80,000 seats (approximately four times bigger than last year’s). The dates are Friday, June 7th 2019 and Saturday, June 8th 2019.  The ticket box opened on 8th March, and already most of the tickets are sold.

Many websites offer the tickets; however, I would like to recommend using their official website. Sometimes ticketing distribution sites on search engines are not the authorized ones; thus, you could have ticket validity issues on the concert day.

The official ticket website is

https://www.stadefrance.com

where you can also check the view from your seat with the information on your ticket.

As mentioned above, BTS officially announced on 12th March the release of their new album BTS Map of the Soul : PERSONA on 12th April. Since the new album will have been released before the concert, BTS might perform one or two songs new songs at the concert (I hope).
