Pico y Cédula

Hi, it’s me Marimonda. Today, I’d like to inform you Pico y Cédula in Medellín which is started as of today.

I assume that many people who live in Medellín (or in Colombia) would be familiar with the term <Pico y Placa>. In order to improve the circulation on the road and reduce the air pollution in cities. Inspired from this idea, Medellín will apply <Pico y Cédula> as of today in order to slow down the spread of the COVID-19.
